Matt’s portrayal of this character on the NBC show is what drew me to the character and wanting to read him. I wasn’t really much into comics much to my father’s chagrin, I think. LOL! I was never into comics because I feel like Superheros are too…fantastical…I guess. I was never into the overly muscled guys and stuff, they never appealed to me. Constantine is just a regular bloke trying to get through life and I love that so much and I really love the supernatural as well so this character is perfect for me!=
